Children 9 years and older: take 1 Ultimag advanced tablet daily, with water. Ingredients Magnesium chloride hexahydrate - 660 mg. Equivalent to elemental magnesium - 79 mg. Pyridoxine hydrochloride - 67.1 mg. Equivalent to Vitamin B6 - 50 mg. Zinc oxide - 7.47 mg. Equivalent to elemental zinc - 6 mg.
